The Atlas TTC306 Deluxe Automated Truck Tire Changer is an advanced and powerful tire changer designed for heavy-duty applications. Operating on 220 Volt, 3 Phase power, it features a 2-speed hydraulic chuck with five rim locking positions and fully automatic movement and positioning of the bead tool, carriage, and chuck arm.
Capable of handling rims from 14" to 56" and tire diameters exceeding 97", it accommodates tires up to 53" wide — perfect for large agricultural, earthmover, and off-road tires. The TTC306 is equipped with a bead breaker, mount/demount head, electric/hydraulic self-centering four jaw chuck, and comes with clamping extensions for increased versatility.
The machine can be controlled via a wired mobile control unit (sold separately), with optional wireless operation to eliminate floor cables and allow control anywhere in the service area. This tire changer combines the durability and reliability expected from a collaboration between leading Italian and Asian wheel service equipment manufacturers.
