The Atlas TTC305A Automated Truck Tire Changer is a fully automatic, heavy-duty tire changer designed for rims ranging from 8" to 26" and tire diameters exceeding 55". It accommodates tires up to 30 1/2" wide, making it an ideal choice for high-production shops handling semi-trucks, 19.5 tires, and forklift tires.
This advanced model features automatic movement and positioning of the bead tool, carriage, and chuck arm, reducing manual labor and improving efficiency. The electric/hydraulic self-centering four-jaw chuck offers five rim locking positions, controlled via an ergonomic toggle control panel and additional foot pedals for rotation direction. Interchangeable mount/demount and roller heads allow for quick changeover, and an emergency safety switch ensures immediate function stoppage when needed.
Developed through a collaboration between a leading Italian wheel service manufacturer and a top Asian equipment manufacturer, the TTC305A combines durability, precision, and automation to simplify truck tire servicing.
