The Atlas TC229 Rim-Clamp Tire Changer with Beadblaster is a versatile and reliable tire changer ideal for homeowners, small commercial garages, and ATV or motorcycle dealers. It offers the same clamping range and tire changing capabilities as the TC221 model but includes the added benefit of a built-in “Beadblaster” system, which assists in inflating stiff sidewall or difficult-to-inflate tires. If you plan to work with larger pickup trucks, SUVs, or agricultural tires, you might want to consider the Atlas TC289 model instead. This machine is designed to handle high-priced alloy and steel wheels without damaging rims or tires, featuring a powerful side bead breaker and adjustable turntable jaws with plastic covers for secure, damage-free clamping. Some assembly is required after purchase.
